The owner –who used to manage Chez Oskar– explained that all the meats are grass-fed and all other ingredients organic. I want to eventually try the Australian imported grass-fed lamb raised on fields of rosemary!

Oh and I have tweeted extensively about the lovely salmon burger I had there today on their in-house made multigrain bread with ginger, cilantro, wasabi dressing and plenty of greens. Heavenly.
