Free Vegan Food Today at 478 Myrtle

I’m no vegan but anything my vegan chef neighbor MJ makes, I eat. (I’ve even twittered about it.) You can taste for yourself today. She is catering the open house at Healthy Body Holistic Wellness Center today from 3 to 6 pm and it’s free. She used me as a taster last night before I went off to the city and I can’t wait to have the actual meal later. Spread the word to any vegans/vegetarians or plain old gourmets you may know. The Wellness Center’s folks will have speakers too. This will be a good consolation for me for missing the International Food Fair at Pratt yesterday.
